This is my favourite snack with left over masalas and parathas . It is easy, quick and a heavy snack. I used the frozen parathas for this recipe and I had some left over chicken masala .

How to prepare:
Step 1: Masala
Heat oil in a pan, add the sliced onions. saute till it turns dark brown. add ginger garlic paste and saute well. add the masala powders and saute well till the whole mix becomes dark brown .Add required salt.
Step 2: Serve
Add the finely chopped parathas and mix well with the masala. Transfer to a plate and garnish with coriander leaves or curry leaves. Serve with tea or as midday snack.
Tips: You can add chicken pieces , prawn pieces ,egg omelet pieces or fish to the masala to make this recipe with a change.

- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon red chilly powder
- 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 tablespoon salt.
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon chicken masala
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Three cooked parathas- finely chopped
