This is a special rice sure to become a hot favorite of all South Indians . It had vegetables, dal, rice and is cooked in a flavorful sambar masala which makes it so healthy , filling and tasty. In Karnataka it is known as Bese bele bath and they make it using a special masala powder which most of them prepare at home . That is even more tasty . If you want to make that you can refer my friend Sowmya's blog as she has given a detailed narration of how to prepare it . Its the most tastiest bese bele bath I ever had and that taste is what made me try out this dish which is a slight variation .I referred some blogs for this recipe but this one is a combined version of all those and my own tips to make it quick and simple yet tasty. It came very flavorful , so if you need a healthy ,easy and tasty dish you can try this soon. The typical consistency is little liquidy, but I prepared it in semi solid stage as I do not like any soggy dishes.
